The Max Power CT60 electric tunnel thruster is available in separate 12V and 24V configurations for compatible bow or stern installations. Both versions use a mono-propeller arrangement, composite drive leg, and 185 mm tunnel diameter.
The 12V CT60, product code 42530, uses a 4.35 kW / 5.8 hp motor and weighs 14.7 kg. The 24V CT60, product code 42531, uses a 4.4 kW / 5.9 hp motor and weighs 14.8 kg. Maximum thrust varies according to system voltage and operating voltage, making it important to select the version that matches the vessel’s electrical system.
The composite drive leg is pre-filled with oil and sealed for life. It does not require periodic anode replacement, while line shields protect the oil seals from fishing line and fouling. Case-hardened spiro-conical gears and purpose-built DC motors are part of the CT60 drive system.
If the existing thruster only requires a replacement motor, the Max Power CT60 electric motor is available separately. Related electrical components include the Max Power T1/T2 fuse holder and Max Power T1/T2 thruster fuses.
