The Lumishore THX204 Blue provides dedicated blue underwater illumination for boats and yachts that do not require a multi-color lighting system. Its 6,100 fixture lumens are distributed through an ultra-wide 110° beam, creating broad light coverage around the transom or hull side.

Its flush-fit thru-hull design combines a low-profile exterior face with a compact mounting footprint. The marine-bronze housing and borosilicate glass lens are designed for submerged marine service, while the 10.5–31 VDC operating range allows the fixture to work with both 12V and 24V vessel systems.

The THX204 Blue is a dedicated single-color fixture rather than a dual-color or RGBW underwater light. It is designed for direct operation through a standard vessel on/off switch, making it suitable for installations where consistent blue output is preferred over selectable colors or lighting scenes.

This configuration keeps the control setup straightforward while maintaining the high-output performance and wide 110° beam of the THX204 platform.

Thru-hull installation considerations

The THX204 Blue requires a 0.65 in (16.5 mm) mounting hole and approximately 3.78 in (96 mm) of clearance behind the mounting surface.

Before installation, confirm the available interior depth, cable routing, circuit protection and mounting position. Lumishore also specifies bonding requirements for applicable hull installations and lists the fixture as unsuitable for wood and carbon-fiber hulls.

Mechanical and electrical requirements should be checked before drilling, especially when replacing an existing underwater light.
