Blue/white switching and ECLIPSE control

When connected directly to vessel power, the Blue/White SMX24 starts in white. Power cycling can be used to switch to blue and access the supported fade and strobe modes.

For owners who want more centralized lighting control, the fixture can also be connected through the ECLIPSE Command Center. The controller can add expanded switching and integration options, but it should be treated as a separate system component rather than something automatically included with an individual SMX24 fixture. Garmin currently lists direct power and ECLIPSE Command Center as the applicable control methods for this configuration.

Compact surface-mount installation

The SMX24 uses three mounting screws and requires only a small cable opening rather than a full thru-hull body. Its 70 mm diameter and 17 mm profile make it suitable for installations where available mounting space is limited.
