The Micra is the perfect solution for cooling small and cuddy cabins! With it’s cozy 10” by 10” structure, it is so compact that it could be installed just about anywhere. It’s been recommended for use in the cockpit as a spot cooler for the captain. It consumes about 500 watts and can be easily connected to a DC Inverter module to be powered up by a battery. The Micra uses R410A, an environmentally friendly refrigerant. These reverse-cycle air conditioners easily fit beneath a v-berth or in a storage area. They come with a split electric box and a unique control system. Thanks to the compressor sound cover, they are so quiet that it makes it hard to distinguish if the unit is even in operation.
